Our website provides a free loan-matching service that shares a 4 pillar funding request with lenders and lending partners in our network, who may then present loan offers to you.

We are not a lender and do not make loans, credit decisions or loan commitments. We do not act as your agent or broker or as an agent of any lender, and we do not endorse any particular lender or loan. Loan amounts available through the network range from $500 to $5,000, and lenders set every rate, fee and term. Lenders and partners compensate us, as described in our advertiser disclosure. The educational content on this website is general information, not financial, legal or tax advice for your situation.

You may use the website and submit a request only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, are a U.S. resident, and can form a binding contract.

You must submit requests for yourself, using your own identity and information, and not on behalf of another person. The website is intended for use within the United States. Meeting these conditions lets you use the website; it does not mean any lender will make you an offer, because each lender sets its own eligibility requirements.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, receive an offer, be approved, receive a particular rate or amount, or receive funds by a particular time.

Lenders decide whether to make an offer based on their own criteria, which may include your credit history, income, debts and state of residence. Not every lender is available in every state, and our network does not include every lender in the market. Any timing or payment figures shown on the website are estimates for illustration only.

Any loan you accept is an agreement solely between you and the lender, governed by the lender's own terms, disclosures and privacy policy, and we are not a party to it.

The request form is provided by a third-party lead platform, and lenders may contact you by phone, email or text about your request. We do not control and are not responsible for the actions, offers, products, content or practices of lenders, the lead platform or any other third-party website linked from ours. Review each lender's agreement carefully before signing, and direct questions about your loan account to the lender.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information, to use the website only for lawful purposes, and to keep any login or confirmation details you receive secure.

You must not:

• Submit false information or use another person's identity
• Interfere with the website's security, servers or request form
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access or copy the website
• Upload viruses or harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the website to harass, defraud or mislead anyone

By submitting a request, you authorize us, the lead platform and lenders to share and verify your information, including through soft credit checks and identity-verification services, and you consent to be contacted about your request as described in our privacy policy. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

The text, guides, calculators, graphics, logos and design of this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify or create derivative works from website content without our written permission. Names of third parties that appear on the website belong to their respective owners.

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that rates, payment estimates or other content are complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a lender's decisions, offers, loans or conduct. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to $100. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You agree to indemnify us against claims resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of the website.

The laws of the State of Rhode Island govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us first and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page, and your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
